Terms of service

The site is operated by Lighthaus Wealth, ABN 95 680 291 221 (Lighthaus, we, us). If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

The site describes the Lighthaus platform, publishes research and educational material, and lets you request early access or book a call. Access to the platform itself is not granted by these terms. Where we give you access to a product, that access is governed by a separate agreement or the early access terms in section 4.

Everything on this site, including learning centre articles, market notes, glossary entries, calculators, scores and modelled outputs, is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not personal financial product advice, credit assistance, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or a property valuation.

Lighthaus does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide real estate agency services. You should obtain your own independent professional advice before making any property, finance or investment decision. Past performance and modelled projections are not a reliable indicator of future results.

If you are a buyer's agent or other licensed professional using Lighthaus in your business, you remain solely responsible for the advice you give your clients, for your licensing and disclosure obligations, and for reviewing any output before you rely on or share it.

Submitting an early access request is an expression of interest, not an agreement to provide access. We may accept, decline or defer any request. We will usually contact you by phone or email to discuss your firm and needs before granting access.

If we do grant early access, the product may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn. Early access is provided for evaluation, without any warranty as to availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and any confidential information we share about unreleased features must be kept confidential.

The information you submit must be accurate and your own, or provided with the authority of the person or business it belongs to.

Property, suburb and market data displayed by Lighthaus may come from third party sources including government registries, listing providers and data vendors. We take care in selecting sources but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for errors in third party data. Verify anything material before relying on it.

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to breach anyone's rights
• Do not scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk extract content except as permitted by our robots file
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any related account
• Do not interfere with the site's operation, security features or availability
• Do not resell, sublicense or republish our content as your own product
• Do not submit false, misleading or third party details without authority

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

The Lighthaus name, logo, brand, site design, copy, illustrations, scoring methodology and software are owned by Lighthaus or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. All other use requires our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty free licence to use them to improve Lighthaus, with no obligation on our part.

The site links to and embeds third party services, including our scheduling and content tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including any page or feature, at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, the site and any early access product are provided on an as is basis, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, however arising. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or, at our option, paying the cost of having it resupplied, and in any case is capped at AUD 100 where you have paid us nothing.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
